We use a batch oven so whether you have a large volume of standard components, a one-off bespoke piece or a bulky item we can help you, we are able to powder coat items up to 8 metres long.

We offer a wide range of colours for powder coating general steel or aluminium, they can be in Matt, Satin or Gloss.

We are able to supply powder coating services to any of the following industries:

We can offer small or large production runs, from bolts and screws to large fences up to 8 metres in length.

Pre Treatment

Pre treatment is an extremely important aspect to powder coating. Powder coating is just like painting in a way, if the item that is being powder coated is not properly prepared, the powder coating will not last.

Pre treatment is particularly important for exterior items as in our harsh environment items are prone to corroding and rusting as the sun and salt can badly damage improperly treated steel, which results in rust appearing very quickly, whereas pre treated and properly powder coated items can last for around 20 years.

If the metal isn’t prepared carefully and an anti-corrosive applied the powder will not adhere and it will fall off. Aluminium undergoes a chromate conversion coating. We hot dip any galvanised items and electro-galvanised items and they are sent through our chromate conversion tanks.
